In addition to creating live performances and hypnosis seminars, we’re often called upon to provide specialty content to be performed by the clients themselves. One such example came when an employee with a major insurance company was transferred from British Columbia to their offices in Singapore.
Not looking to book a huge event, her colleagues still wanted to send her off with something special, that was both personal and unforgettable. To this end, we wrote some brand new lyrics to Bob Seger’s “Like a Rock” for consultant Amy Laverock.
We had a brief e-mail conversation with her department head and, over the course of the afternoon, gathered enough relevant information about Amy, her job, her personality, and other items to put together something special for her workmates to perform. Within 24 hours, we had a tune which her staff adored and which she would never forget!
